Suspension
I am looking to do a swap of my suspension. Here are my choices:

and the skunk2 pro series setup.
I dont know what to get yet but I basically have a bout 600 as a set budget to burn. If not what would you recommend. I dont like the bouncy ride of coilovers and will not be lowering it more then 2 inches (realistically 1 1/2).

Sorry,You can't have the race ride with out the the stiff bouncy....race ride.
I would continue to research like you have so far. And you have done a fine job so far but you have a ways to go yet before you buy anything.
1.What kind build have you been planing for? (example: Show car, "daily driver weekend racer," dragracer, circuit)
2. Have you tried doing a search yet? If not you might try clicking on search tool at the top. That will give you a great start.
Here is some helpful terminolgy you'll need to know in the future:

Here is some helpful terminolgy you'll need to know in the future:
- Ground Clearance
- Suspension Travel
- Four Wheel alignment
- Camber (maybe: Toe, Caster, SAI)
- Camber adjustment kit
- Contact Patch
- Skid Pad
- Sway
- Sway bar
- Suspension assembly
- disassemble - reassemble
- Bushings, good vs. worn, polyurethane bushings
- Tightening to torque specifications

As he said you cannot have both. You either ride high and soft or low and stiff. The Skunk2 Pro Coilovers is going to be a rough ride.
If you don't want a rough ride I would go with some lowering springs from Eibach or Tein and get some Tokico Illuminas.
If you don't mind the rougher ride you could go with some basic coilovers from Tein. I rode in my friend's WRX with the Street Tein coilovers and his ride was not bad, and the spring rates were pretty high (harder than they were on my Civic).

I always recommend Ground Control coilovers and Koni Sport (yellows) to anyone in a situation like yours. You can order any spring rate you want, front and rear, so if you're concerned about road manners, you could get a lighter set of springs and set your ride hight relatively high. Now you wont get the best handling if you do this, but its your choice to make. I would call up Ground Control and ask them what rates would be best for your setup (my guess is they will tell you 380# front/250# rear). I have 380# front/400#rear and the ride is pretty harsh, but not nearly as bouncy as some of the cheap coilover/shock combos on the market.

That is some good info there white n slow. I will check them out. One thing though is that some setup have a knob to adjust it from hard to soft? Will that really adjust it to be noticable or is it just for show?
$1000 budget : ground control coilovers and koni yellow springs, sways, strut bars, camber kit, etc...
$600 budget : eibach or h&r sport springs, not race springs but sport springs, tokico illumina, koni red, or kyb agx shocks, and a good alignment
adjustable suspension is nice, but i doubt you will change it more than once or twice, its a hassle to do and unless its your dd and track car i dont see any reason to bother, just get it setup for dd and leave it be
i see springs on craigslist for around $100 every few months, and shocks can be found on sale for around $250 new, an alignment should be under $100, then your set

if you dont plan on adjusting ride height or go below 2 inches, just go with a good spring/shock combo.
coilovers usually have a very high spring rate and need to be mated with the proper shock setup.

I already have Skunk2 Camber and SI front sway with lifetime alignment from firestone. Just deciding on what to get now. Should I piece the set together or get one thats already together like the one above on the post?
