$1000 budget : ground control coilovers and koni yellow springs, sways, strut bars, camber kit, etc...

$600 budget : eibach or h&r sport springs, not race springs but sport springs, tokico illumina, koni red, or kyb agx shocks, and a good alignment

adjustable suspension is nice, but i doubt you will change it more than once or twice, its a hassle to do and unless its your dd and track car i dont see any reason to bother, just get it setup for dd and leave it be

i see springs on craigslist for around $100 every few months, and shocks can be found on sale for around $250 new, an alignment should be under $100, then your set
