Anyways, back on topic.. you just have to love when you bust your ass to build something nice and everything you order they always send you the wrong part (ie: clutch / motor mount / piping)and then some of the companys make you eat the parts coz they were installed "used" now. AND Then you spend all winter gathering the funds to rebuild a GSR transmission and u get lsd in it and replace synchros & shit and then you find out that the shop you paid to do all the work really fucked up coz when u get everything assembled and u go to drive it, you realize that you have no reverse and it pops out of 4th gear!

Dude thats sucks bout the tranny,but the car looks hot,that engine bay looks cleaner than...than...you know what I mean ,wish i had the resources and the skills to work on my car like that,I would have a clean Si,it'll come in time.

How did the car feel otherwise?

 

million times smoother than it ever has due to the all the accomplisments with air flow over the winter. I really can't wait to finish adjusting my street tune so that i can beat on it and find out how much additional power i'm going to be making.

 

My bad man! I did'nt bother to read the post b4 mine. Shit Im sorry to hear about that. Are you going to have them redo the tranny? or you gotta eat it?

 

Plan to take it to dyno to see how much it's gona put to wheels?

 

tranny is back at the shop, they are supposed to tell me whats wrong tomarrow (monday) and from there we will discuss how the situation is to be handled. Obviously something wasn't right.

yea.. once everything is tight & right, i'll make a trip out there so that i can safly tune it on a higher boost level.
