Dude... You have a blown head gasket!!!!!!!! The white smoke means that water is getting in to your combustion chamber. When mine was blown, my fan didn't turn on either. I don't know why, but it didn't.
Correct.
Now for the news you should already know. The original head gasket for that car was a POS. Honda has since released a updated head gasket (metal) and head bolts. Those parts should be used on your car for the repair. A quick shop could probably have your car fixed in a day, so that should give you an idea of the complexity.

What is a POS?? Fixed in a day? So, I assume you mean it is an easy job, right??

POS= Piece of shit
It could be a days work for someone who's done it before. It's a labor filled project, because there are many components to take off to remove the head, then put back on properly. Whatever you do, please make sure you take the car to someone who's done it before. Not just a head gasket replacement, but done them on a Honda.

First time I did it, I had the head off of the car in 30 minutes. It's not that hard, if you are somewhat mechanically inclined and you have the parts on hand to do the repair.
Have the timing belt, water pump and belts done at this time also. That'll save on labor charges on something that has to be done anyway.
If those parts have been done recently, there is no reason to do them again. You don't have to remove the timing belt completely off of the car to do this repair.
