That's a pretty vague question. You need to explain more if you want to get any helpful replies. Is the current engine blown? Is this a daily driver? A track car? Your "do everything" car?

will its for a daily but you know i like to know that i can push it once in a while. i really like it to be all motor though.

the current motor isnt blown,
its just a single cam. i would like to build a good na motor but with so many choices i'd like to know which is better from ppl experience.

well hp is as much as i can go all motor,
which could last the longest since i still want it to be a daily driver.
As for money i only got $2,300 but i would like to know which motor could be good for future mods even if i dont got the money....something to still think about.

Doing anything "all motor" related get really expensive in a hurry. I sunk $1000s of dollars into my last car and it still wasn't fast enough, didn't make the power I wanted, etc.

Do what Snoopy suggested and go for the b18c1. It will be great in an EG as is, you can do some standard bolt-ons, or if you really want to get crazy down the road you can boost it.
