need help NEWBIE...b20b with gsr tranny
Huh? P72 is a GSR ECU... a VTEC engine ECU. Why would you put a P72 on a B20B (nonVTEC) motor? I love the guys who post out of their ass...
Also, why would you run an ECU other than what engine you have in the car? You would run the B20 ECU. I'd go so far as to say that an LS ECU would work (P75). Additionally, Shmoo is right, the transmission has nothing to do with what ECU you run. I've heard that some ECU's are auto/manuel specific, but I've never seen that proven.
You should run the P75.
