Anyone riding on 16's?
I ran 205/45/16's... with H&R sports, no problem, no rubbing, full houses all the time... With 205/40/17, I rubbed like a *****, had to roll fenders.

Hmmm, I'll have to look into those H&R's. I've heard lots of good things about them, and seen them cheaper than eibachs.
thanks for the input, Max

For some reason, most people/places suggest 205/40/16 as standard size (I would assume it being closest to stock diameter) but I'd rather go up to 45 to save the rim from damage.
Good luck with that... btw, tirerack.com has them for good prices, that's where I got mine.

I'm running on 215/40x16" and it's .5" smaller than stock. On the highway it can be a bit annoying driving at 70mph and the rpms at 4000rpms. But gearing is much better.

i am running 215/45/16 and the are about 3% larger than stock. i have it slammed prolly about 3 inches. NO finger gap anywhere. Looks cool, but it is not functional. I rub a fair amount and my exhaust scraps on EVERYTHING, ie. speed bumps. I have actually scraped my header and oilpan. I need new springs

i had some 16s riding on stock suspension with a 2.25/2" drop with the black widow kit, and the only problem i had was scrappin when i hit a bump or something, but i recently got some 17s and now everything is fine
