its up there inside the dash.....like near the glovebox is but on the inside of it

 

it is pretty high up on the 6th gen.. so maybe it is also for yours..(5th gen)

 

ok i took some pics with my crappy webcam h:

here's the only plugs i found when i pulled back the carpet:


and if i look up higher, there's only a grey plug that is plugged in:


i dropped the glovebox to get a better look and all i see is:


sorry for the quality (or lack thereof)

 

i gotta roll out for now but i'll be back on HAN in about a 1/2 hr. if anybody feels ambitious and wants to pshop my pics and circle where the plug is supposed to be that would be pretty cool

 

Check to see if the wire colors are brown and black.

 

Hmm, my plug is green.
