I'm 19 so this is my last year living my parents and so I will prolly get an apartment near Downtown and with a parking lot or a garage. Hopefully it will be better than just street parking, I want to keep the car, I've been looking so long for one and hard to let it go. Anyways, I will try to do the best I can.
So, the farthest that I can take the engine swap is the k20?

I'd stay b-series unless you have the cash for a K.
10 grand is too much I think. Here's the engine --> http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30028
Motor mounts are here --> http://www.hasport.com/Products/Moun...unt%20EKK1.htm
A guy I know will help me do the swap for about 500 bucks and I have the shell, just need like 600 bucks to fix the interior and buy some wheels. If I do all my HW and save up over the summer I should be able to get it all done 'till Fall and use not more than 6 grand. That is if the site with the engine is legit and they will have all the stuff I need. Well, anything that you guys can recommend will help. I will keep the car stashed away for this time being and just work my ass off until I get enough money to fix my car.

P.S. I don't get why I can't use the stock ECU with the k20?

cheaper and easy to find in good condition
Sorry for irritating you guys but when the ad says "complete changeover" and has a list of parts included does it include a radiator and ac condenser and you know washer bottle and things like that? The reason I'm asking is that if it usually does not than I'd rather buy a complete clip from Japan and just do "plug 'n' play". I have found a B16B Gen2 with LSD and OBD 2 front clip without any body and interior panels for 3 grand shipped. I think that this might be the best way to go - clip wise and not just so called "complete changover". Anyway, let me know about the first question and thanks again. Just trying to tie some knots here, lost good engine and now need to get it back on the road, where it belongs.

Many people (including me) have used hmotors with great results. I heard they are also very good about dealing with any problems you should have, but I didn't have any so I don't have firsthand knowledge about that.

If it was me I would sell my shell, and just get a used RSX-S, or keep it and get a B18C1 to put in it.
