by the way i went to the site and didnt see ngk coppers? and i havent found them anywhere else? couldnt find just a bkr6e either they were all bkr6e#

NGK Irridium are pretty good. That's what I'm running right now.

I would leave it at stock gap (.044") until you install the turbo.

You will want the BKR6ES-11 plug for your B16 at this point in time. I strongly recommend going one or two heat ranges colder when the time comes for turbo if you want to keep the spark plug unmelted.

I've got em in my ZC and they work better for me than stock ngk's. I used to get 250 mi per tank of gas and now it's up to 300. Not bad for just plugs and some fuel injector and t/b cleaner. Plus the maintainance interval is like 60,000 miles - you can't WISH to go that far on copper.

one last thing then i will leave you alone schmoo haha, all the ngk's say the b16 gaps is at .052 so i need to gap them down to .044 right?

i only ran Iridium's once due to the fact that i melted everything else with a big nitrous shot.

i run cold ngk's now.. BKR7E's (turbo/nitrous application)


if your stock.. use the oem NGK's

I have no idea. I would assume that the gap would be the same as my GSR at .044". If it says .052, do that. If you have misfiring problems, close the gaps down.

I use NGK BRK7E-11 for my lightly built B16A. I think they're the OEM plugs from the b18c5. I think most specialty plugs are just gimmicks. Rocket motorsports sells plugs that actually cause a dyno-documented couple hp, but at $40, I don't see the point. Aside from those, I haven't seen any evidence of gimmick plugs doing anything over OEM.
