hes gonna sell me his motor thats rite, a '94 b16a3 with only 60kmi. it gonna be CA smog legal and everything is there anything thats not on the car that ill need?

motor, ecu, axles, shift linkage, wireharness can all be used on my civic right? ill probably get the seats too. does anyone know if the rear discs will fit?
