it is safe and fast, but only if done right, and 96% of people that I know that turbo their cars do it wrong.

They wind up destroying their engine, and having to replace.

Always fun stuff.

I don't at all disagree with the fact that it must be done right and patiently. A hurried, poor job will always result in disaster, in this case.

or some people should just start using the search button instead of asking questions that have been asked 5million times before!

some of us do take this site seriously coz it our source for info & a way for us to communicate our experiences & develope stronger setups for reasonable prices.

when the questions become repetitive then it gets to us because the reason the search button has been placed here is to avoid mutilple threads of the same thing.

search for d16y8 turbo and you will yield alot of results.

Upgrade the engine, then run boost.

Intake??? Are you talking about the intake charge to the turbine or is this a homemade turbo?

That would be like my current setup if boosted with a GT28R turbo edelbrock kit ay 8 PSI @ a rough estimate.
