Default Manual Tranny Conversion

I have just grabbed a 99 civic EX with A/T transmission. I don't wanna get a new car and incur payments. I was wondering how difficult is it convert my A/T Transmission to manual? Is it even possible? and how much ball park??

Thanks

Shouldn't be more than $2g's.. I did it on my Altima, and I know 2 people who've done it on their Civic's.. It's definitely possible.. make sure u get a manual ECU and you may need a starter.

yes its possible and its fairly easy as just getting all the parts b4 you get started...about a 2 day project if you do it yourself, and doing it by the book.

i think it would be relatively cheap if you did it your self.. probably a little less than that even.. if you OWN the auto why not sell it out right then buy the stick model.. should be a pretty even trade, as autos are a little more expensive (normaly)

I've done it. Easy stuff. Email me, pm, or hit me up on aim. I can give you the low down.
