Default need help with suspension

ok im on arospeed coilovers right now with stock shocks and the ride sucks ass. So i am trying to upgrade. Now i have a set of RS*R springs from back in 1998 which are in good condition and i was going to match them up with KYB AGXs or TOKICO BLUES. Which would be a better ride and do you think this will be better then the coilovers. Now i wanted to go lower then these springs so my other question is, would i see a difference if i got like GC or SKUNK2 coilovers with stock shocks or is it better just to get KYBs with my RSR*Rs, if you know the drop on them let me know, there the black ones.

Do a search on Ground Control or Skunk2 and you'll get about 50 answers. This question is asked all the time.

tokico blues don't respond well to coilovers... At least mine didn't... Blew em out in 6 months... got with something adjustable.
