have you guaranteed fuel/compression/spark? are you running the proper ecu? check to make sure that your injectors are clipped backwards...I did it on my first swap.

im pretty sure the firing order is right, the injectors havent been taken out so i assume they are right. I cant get spark out of the end of the plug wire but i multimetred the dizzy and it was ok. the cap looks good as the wires but could they be so bad they wont spark at all? also the fuel pump is working good

It doesn't even try to start? Like it doesn't crank at all?

Explain better what happens when it won't start for you.

What should happen:

1. Turn the key to the ON position
2. The Engine Check Light comes on for 2 secs and goes off.
3. You can hear the fuel pump behind the rear seat prime itself.
4. You Crank the engine and it turns over (starts).

I know you said you have the CEL, so that won't go off like in #2.

it will turn over all day but there is no sign of it trying to start as if there is no spark or fuel. the fule pumps is working for sure unless the injectors arent firing. I cant get the plug wires to fire even though the dizzy checks out with a multimeter. the wires look good as does the cap. No blown fuses and only a code 22. I dont know what else to try

Check the timing belt. If the belt has jumped teeth on the cam gears, it's possible that the car won't start because the timing is off.

If you're not getting spark at the plug then I think you should focus there. Get yourself a nice little adjustable spark tester. They're cheap and sure to impress the ladies.

I still think it's the timing belt. When my car wouldn't start, had no spark, but the dizzy/ecu both checked out...I checked the timing belt...and snaparoo. I think it either snapped, or jumped teeth.
