Default dyno time???

I am going to get my E-manage tuned for my 00 civic greddy kit,i was wondering how much time i should spend on the dyno with tuning???(i was thinking 2 hours since it already has a basemap and it is stock for now). Also i plan on doing a auto to manual conversion soon and i was wondering how hard it is to find a tranny to fit a d-series 00 civic EX???(how hard is it to do the conversion???can it be done yourself???)

You need to spend as much time necessary to get your car running perfectly, no question about it. Time only really depends on how good the tuner is and if he knows what he's doing.

Auto to manual swap is definitely going to be difficult if you've never done it before, just like anything. Im doing one to my friends civic, and ive never done it before. You can get ANY D series tranny to match your Y8 motor. IMO i would stick w/ either the Z6 or Y8. Check around the classifieds here on HAN or Honda Tech. good luck.

you should look into the manual transmission very fast... your automatic tranny isnt gonna last long under boost.

enjoy not dropping boost during shifts while it lasts though!
