cel 22 can this stop engine from starting?
i hsve never started my h22 in 95 civic and am only getting a cel 22 which is vtech pressure switch. dizzy seams good although i can get the plugs to spark. should i see them spark? im surprised only one CEL. any thoughts?
Yes you should see them spark if there still hooked to the dizzy, lay them against the valve cover and see what happens. Also, you might have your firing order wrong. I did, the car wouldn't start.
The CEL22 will not prevent the car from starting, so your problem is elsewhere. If you can get the plugs to spark, then something else is wrong. Either you're not getting fuel, your firing order is wrong, or your timing belt possibly jumped a tooth or 2 on the cam gears...it could be lots of things.

.....there would be a ground leading from the head to the chassis, and a ground leading from the trans. to the chassis as well. If they are corroded or not secured or prop. grounded, than it can have an effect on your ignition system.
