Hope you did it right.. Always use Multimeter when you do electrical work on your car.

correction, i know what a multimeter is. i usually don't need one w/ the wiring i do. i use my own hot/ground wires most of the time, so i don't usually mess w/ one. your wording confused me (i'm slow).

anyway, i hope your pic will help asian

Here is the fuse box from underneath...see the yellow wire tapped into the auxilary... that is the light wire so the lights go on when you turn on the parking lights. the auxilary should be the same on the del sol as in the civic. use a test light to make sure

as for the tach wire, the harness is in the wiring harness and is connected to nothing. sorry for the bad pic..but see the green wire from the tach connects to the blue wire with a harness. i am eventually going to solder it into the wire...but tapping into the harness will give you the tach signal.

so is that blue wire juss kinda wrapped up w/ the other ones? i might juss cut the plug off, use a heat-shrink weather connecter, and i thin kthat'l ldo it. i'm gonna hook it all up under the hoot to start off, that way i know it works before i drill holes into the interior.

The tach signal is probably just a tad more accurate than the signal coming from your cluster. (you have 2 tachs now??? )

Set your shift light to your redline or somewhere before redline to allow you to shift in time.

well, the stock tach is still in the dash. i might juss disconnect it.

my car hit's the limiter @ about 6600 i think, so i set it around 6000. i think it should work out ok, but won't know till the car is painted and i can finally drive it (maybe october)

anyway, thanks a lot asian, i appreciate your help a lot.
