Werd. That little 1.5L engine sure has a helluva big TB. It's almost 10mm bigger than a turbo DSM.

The TPS IS Replaceable. You can either break it off of there with a pair of pliers and then remove the screws (they are screws even if they look like rivets), and screw another one on there... you just have to get it back in the right position. It should sweep from .5V at idle to 4.5V at WOT, and you're golden. I think you can get the TPS sensor at Advance or Auto Zone. Grab your yellow pages and call around.

There may be DIY's on this if you search... I'm too busy (lazy) to check for you.

ilove that TB though, my throttle response is so much better w/ the 65mm.
