code 45(4 long,5 short)which is a malfunction in the fuel monitoring system because it is too lean or too rich!!does this basically mean that i am either running to lean or too rich for what the engine specifies???could this code be caused by bad 02's and clogged CAT???can anybody help

 

only thing that moniters lean or rich status is your o2 sensors, there for you are either our of their "good" range or the sensors have failed.
