Default Shift extender bar

Does this exist for the civic? I miss the length of the shifter on my truck ever since I got this car LOL.

Is there any form of extender that I can buy just to make it go up a little higher or bend out like the 18 wheeler trucks LOL

they do have one , but I will need to look for a little bit to find it.

It is for road-race only cars so that it still has a short throw but the shifter is near the steering wheel in order to reduce the time your hands are off the wheel.

The taller shifts are better in reality, that's why rally drivers have the shifters that sit as high as the dash.

If you take it to a welder, they can probably chop yours and weld in an extension.

There is this:

And the review of a user of it on the forums:

ok man that kicks alot of ass i must say

God damn 150 for a damn piece of steel pipe ... ARGGG

They give out the absolute worst installing instructions and why the hell are they showing a nice silver shift bar but only sell a black version? For 150$ they should damn well offer color options and not have me do that part.

Anyone got a shifter replacement picture walkthrough?
