They give out the absolute worst installing instructions and why the hell are they showing a nice silver shift bar but only sell a black version? For 150$ they should damn well offer color options and not have me do that part.

That's not the same one, that one has an airbag. The one pictured doesn't.

It's the Non-SRS airbag.
