it would require ripping aprt the head and putting it in. the car should probably tuned both fuel wise and timing, otherwise it will idle really rough and the power wont be noticable. the only way i could see putting a diferent cam in a d is if your building a hardcore NA setup, which is retarded, or putting in a turbo/nitrous cam, there purpose is obviously self explanitory

That show was Full Throttle, I watched that a few days ago as well, the trannys were not swaped because the parts place got them C6's instead of C4's, a cam in a carb engine is alot different than EFI, also you have to keep vtec in mind.

If you want a little bang for your buck, get a cold air or short ram air intake. (personaly) I would get a cold air intake.

And open up the flow of exhaust. Header, high flow cat, and atleast 2 1/4 all the way back.

Just curious, what's a good 60ft time for a car like this? I ran my truck at the drag strip for the first time ever (for me or the truck) and was getting a crappy ass 2.4sec 60' because I was just spinning the tires all the way down. It pretty much cost me a good .5 sec overall.
