valve adjustment
Hondas are the foremost for a good adjustment, a true valve adjustment on a worn in motor prooves wreckoning to some. make sure you are not hearing the valve seating .worn seats can clatter like no other. but honestly, i have done probally near a thousand valve jobs on honda, the way i suggest is the way I do it and never ever do I have valve noise and/or performance issues afterwards.
yes, ill have seconds.

also to ED9. you may have a perfect valve job and perfect seats. I suggest Plastiguaging the cam to berring lobe clearance accross the board, on of them over limit will exhaust suggested working pressure and cause a dry face setting to the rockers.
sorry to ask a lame question but how are you measuring the lenghts
Intake: .0006-.0007"
Exhaust: .007-.008"
(Intake: .15-.19mm)
(Exhaust: .17-.21mm)
are you measuring the space after the nut on the bolt
or are you measuring the clearance between the head and the nut
