Alright you guys what is the best vtec head to slap on a an LS block to make the ls VTEC? i was told a B20 long block.. but i also heard that the only one that fits is a b16, but there again i heard to put a b18 head, too many people telling me differnt things, i just you guy's opinons. please feel free to elaborate.

you can throw on a b16, gsr or type R... Aren't those the only vtec B engines anyway? B20 long block is not what you're looking for if you want to keep your block. If you want a b20 block and then slap a vtec head on it, that would kick some ass. CRVtec swaps own!

 

For the money, the B16 head flows the better than the GS-R head. If you can find and afford a type-r head, then go for that then. I personally would do the b16 though.
