changing rotors
If you've got a good impact driver (the kind you hit with a hammer, not air) with a Phillips bit, those screws come out quite easily.
If you don't have an impact driver, get a punch and hammer, then smack the screw hard once or twice. They should come right out.

Well, I just changed out my rotors and re-lubricated the sliders. There was only one problem. The threads on the caliper bracket came out with the bolt. I'm off to the junk-yard tomorrow to get me a "new" caliper bracket. I never thought this would ever happen.
I bought an impact driver and yes those screws came out quite easily. 2-3 wacks on the impact driver made the screws loose enough to take out with any screwdriver. That's alot easier than drilling them out.
