I'm from utah and Cortney is very well known around here. He's a cool guy too. Tuned my buds 400hp ls turbo, also tuned another friends 201whp NA b18c5 with stock bottom end (at 5500ft elevation), and anther friends NA b16. His car is capable of 9s. He runs low 10's at 5500ft and with 1.9 60ft's.

I thought I should also add, that car is his daily driver. He's only in his mid 20's so he doesn't have a ton of cash, but he makes quite a bit tuning.

How hard is it to bust on a Viper? I mean, really... They run 8.4's in the 1/8 mile, and only a 13.2 in the 1/4. You can do it with only 300hp in an import. It would get ugly by the 1/2 mile mark, though.
