Im assuming you have the D16 with just bolt ons. You dont need anything but the replacement clutch from ACT. If you want the stiffer pedal feel, get the HDSS from ACT. (Heavy Duty Pressure Plate, Street Disc) Otherwise getting any thing more than a street disc is a waste of money with the bolt ons you have.

The HDSS will work well for you then.

:werd:

I was not impressed with my CM clutch. My flywheel, however, is a different story.

I've had 2 ACT clutches. The first was an XTSS and my power pretty much killed it. I now run an XTR6 and it's pretty sick. It's WAY too much for what you're looking for. The HDSS will be great. Better pedal feel and decent engagement.

that sounds good, the pedal engagment now is real shitty, it disengages the clutch at the top of the pedal, i bled my hydroulic system twice and it is still the same, i think its because of my tranny....

If you're going for pedal feel, stay away from Exedy. I bought the full kit from clutchcityonline (via. ebay) with a new flywheel for $175. It works. It slips a lot more than I'd like because I only make 90 whp. Supposed to grip more than stock, but it feels exactly the same.

By what you've described, your input shaft bearing is shot.

PS: I have ACT's 2600lb extreme pressure plate w/street disc on my GSX and it's holding down 433chp with ease. ACT is quality, and you get what you pay for with clutches.
