first of all are you expecting the A/C fan to come on when you turn on your A/C? It doesnt work like that. How are you sure they arent coming on? did you idle your car with A/C on high for about 20/30 minutes and stand there to watch the fan? I ask because I was in a similar boat after swapping in my motor. I didnt think my radiator fan was coming on. Turned out I just didnt wait long enough and that I was just paranoid.

Simply put if your car isnt overheating or running really hot (more than half way on your temp gauge) then your radiator fan is probably working. Also if your ac is actually cold... again your A/C fan is probably working.

I stood there for a long time and neither fans turned on, so i switched out the thermostat switch and now the radiator fan turns on. But the a/c fan does not turn on. I stood there for atleast twenty minutes. I had the a/c on full blast. Every now and then i would hear a click when the fan shold turn on and it didn't. Then the engine would tremble a lot. But no fan. The a/c starts off cold when i first put it on then it slowly warms up.

The A/C condenser fan should be on if the car is sitting still and the A/C is turned on. Otherwise, it won't be cold, like you said. The coolant will get too high of pressure and shut the compressor off. Check the condenser fan fuse under the hood.

I have already checked all the fuses and relays, they are all fine. The fan is fine too, What contols the fan? what makes the fan turn on, What switch switches the fan on?? Where is it located?

no it is not, the radiator fan is working fine. My problem is that my a/c is not working because my fan will not turn on. The fan is fine, the fuses and relays are fine, I just need to know what else to check.
