should I complain and ask them to get that engine out of there ?
(the car still not done although the engine is already on the car)

Also, how about reliability?

why not see if you can get a B16 head for cheep and have them pay for it?

if you're using stock pistons, you probably wont want the compression bump of the gs-r head anyway... at least not if youre turboing it.

Oh no; about that I have no complaints. I know they did an excellent job installing the engine (all new belts, new water and oil pump, gaskets, flushed block and head, new brackets etc.). He even showed me all the internals and they were looking prety fine

 should be really expensive "laborwise" now with the engine already on the car!!!!?
if it is i'll wait till i have the money to do it & get it boosted all at once.

Well if it runs now (it sounds like this setup is already in your car) then you might as well drive it around for now. If you are running boost, then you will eventually have to think about replacing your pistons anyway, so you could just do it then.
