i'm gonna go give a whack at drilling out the bolt. wish me luck guys

anything i can do for the other side to "un-fuse" the bushing and the bolt? something that might help brake the guys loose before i try to get that bolt out.
i'm gonna do as single suggested and go over the nut and the bolt head with a torch to heat them up

 

Go buy a propane torch. Soak the other bolt with PB Blaster... not WD-40, not Marvel Mystery oil, USE PB Blaster. Clean the threads of the bolt that protrude from the nut with a small wire brush, and repeat that process with PB. Soak the whole bolt, everywhere you can, and the bushing where the bolt goes through it. Do this again every hour for 3 or 4 hours, then let it sit overnight. Get that torch you bought and heat the nut up red-hot before breaking the bolt loose, and you won't have any problems with it.

 

i've been soaking the bolts with pb. what about the whole fused to the bushing part.. will the bolt break soley because its fused to the bushing? or will it tear free? i've got a torch(i'm assuming its a propane one? haven't actually used it bfore) heating up the nut red hot do i run the risk of burning into the bushing?

 

yes, you definitely run the risk of melting the bushing. Do it at lower heat, shorter intervals. You probably wont be able to get the bolt red hot, just get it to the point where it is smoking out both ends of the bushing. wait a few mins, then I guess you could try and punch the bolt out, or try and get a vice grips on the end, and twist it loose.

However, I dont foresee you being able to do anything but drill it out at this point.

drilling it as is was just not gonna work. 5 mins of drilling barely shaved off anything on the bolt..and this is a brand new 3/8" cobalt bit i used when doing my seat brackets.. so i continued to pb the subframe bolt.. then took apart the old strut and got the new one allready(top hat swapped over) then i said the hell with it i was gonna try to take the whole lca off.. but i would immediatley stop if i felt it wasn't coming loose right away.. so i grabbed the ratchet and the bar. and slowly applied a little pressure till it just came loose.. so i was able to remove the whole lca. i took it downstairs to my drill press and started drilling the bolt out(which is 20 times faster with the drill press) the bit started to wander off a little as it was drilling.. so i'm gonna use the dremel to cut off the excess bolt on the other side, tap the dead center of the bolt and meet in the middle of the bushing. i should be golden for this left side.. as for the right... i removed the subframe-lca bolt. but the strut did not feel like it would come loose so i stopped. i didn't even really put any pressure on it. but i didn't torch the nut yet. i had just been pb blasting it all day. so when i'm ready to do that strut bolt i'll get the torch

update: well the bit wandered off a little on the other side as well. so i guess i'm not the best at drilling. its not easy finding misc stuff to hold and support the lca in place and drill all by yourself... so i asked my dad if he could try hitting it out again. so i supported the lca on the vice grip..and.. walah.. after 10+ full hits we finally got the fawking bolt out of the lca!! praise the lord ahhahahahah.. so the left side is all ready to be put back together except my replacement bolts never came on saturday like they were supposed to. so tomorrow i'll be ready to throw this puppy back together and then work on the right side. i'll be sure to swab some never seize inside the bushings and on all threads.
