Default Cleaning Window Tint....???

Whats a good solution for cleaning window tint? Windex has amonia and it will eat away at it, store boughten crap is $$, and dishwasher soap/water is to filmy...

I was thinking vinegar and water. Vinegar doesn't have an amonia level does it? Forgive my "non-chemics" ability :fawk:
