I spool up at around 2500 rpm with the 15g kit, so I have power from around 2500 to 7200 redline.

I'm looking into a GReddy turbo kit, some people don't like it, why? I have a 1994 Civic EX coupe, I've been trying to find a good B18 or B16, but it's too expensive for me. What kind of tuning is required, just Air/Fuel? I helped my brother tune his 1990 Eagle Talon TSI AWD, all he had was a palm pilot and the S-AFC 2. Is there something like the palm pilot system, that you could tune it with?

welll it seems like you've just tuned air fuel basically with an afc2, but to tune with somethign like hondata and uberdatam it requires a bit more knowledge...
greddy kits do come with their greddy emanage fuel management system, which requires software installed on a computer then connect to the fuel mgt system.
you would of course need a good wideband o2 and a datalogger (if possible) and pull some runs with it and then find out what u need to adjust...

i'm not too sure about emanage, but i know both hondata and uberdata allow adjustment of a variety of things to help tune the car (retrarding timing under boost, 2 step...

if you're interested in learning how to tune (like i am trying to do.... )download UBERDATA from
http://www.ecimulti.org/uberdata/
and start learning what each element of the software does...
