There's a OBD1 and OBD2 P72 for the GSR ECU. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
I think that's the problem you have a GSR ECU running an LS engine.

Problem Solved
the guy i bought the engine from sent me a P72 ECU that is a GSR ECU so I switched the P72 to my stock Honda Civic DX ECU and It worked Now Im going to go buy an LS ECU this weekend
