Yes, you would. Adjustable ball joints are the only way to go.

just get a ball joint splitter. i changed my clutch this weekend. paid 13 bucks for it, i wedged it in, hammered 3 times and the ball joint was out.

when you do your clutch, dont forget to torque all the flywheel bolts equally!!
