for camber you should get a camber kit, for toe, they should be able to get it perfect without any mods or parts.

i bought a camber kit for my 94 del Sol 3 years ago, but ended up not using it cuz i dropped my car on 17's and they sat perfectly fine. but now i'm wondering if these Ingalls would fit my 96 dx HB? i read somewhere that were selling camberkits that they were for 94-97 del Sols, 93-00 civics, etc. does that mean the EG and EK have the same camber kits?

it depends on what kit... The rear kits should all be the same for any 92+ civic and 94+ integra...

The EG/DelSol/Teg Skunk2 front kit is the same, whereas the EK one is slightlly different. For an ingalls-type kit that goes into the a-arm bushing mounts, they should all work unless the company did something wierd to jimmy up the opperation. The SPC front balljoint is the same part for all 92-00 civic/tegs...

So it just depends on which kit you're talking about.

is it new a-arms, or is it just four little round things with bolts sticking out? If its the latter, it should still work.
