Default car wont start

I just put an LS engine with a b16 tranny in my 1998 Honda civic HB I used my stock wiring harness from the DX engine and put it on the LS Engine Now the car wont even start. What could it be????

its a 1997 acura integra LS and It wont turn over or start

All the grounds are hooked back up? The battery and the fuse box wires are hooked up back? The starters wired up? Is there any power in the car (you get noises and lights but it won't turn over)? You need to give a lot more info.

I would doublecheck your distributor wiring if you had to modify it. That would be my first guess.

my radio works, my lights work, but it just wont turn on, I did have to change the Distributor but im pretty sure I put the plugs in the right spot.

First check the main relay. You should hear a clicking noise coming from your fuel pump. if you don't, it's your fuel pump. IF it does work, then check to see if you have any spark. If you don't have any spark then that's your problem, it's in the distributor. if you want you can also jump your main relay. I don't have the wiring diagram for your car but it's pretty easy to jump the wires coming from the main relay. See if it starts from there.

I got a new starter and it started up, It starts now but it only stays on for a few seconds

what is causing it to shut off after a few seconds.. does it run out of fuel.. check your pressure..?
