Default Prob With Oil Light!!

The fcking oil light is on the majority of the time. I drive a '92 civic hatchback with a piece of siht d15. My oil light wont go off. I am going to replace the head gasket this weekend.. could that be the reason why the light is on??

yea I'm guessing its either a problem with your sensor or you're having oil pump failure and it's not pumping enough oil to build pressure. I'm not sure if the headgasket could cause the problem but it's possible.
