your ac is leaking into your car. find where its leaking and stop it. look up under the passenger side of the dash.

kinda sounds like condensation and theres just enough of it to collect water and drip down on the carpet.

its dripping from the evaporator... It may just be condensation, or it may be an actual leak. How much drips?

this is an old skool problem with all hondas. Under the dash, where the blower motor is, there is a drain tube that lets all the rain water and shit out. It normally gets pinched, or bent from your floor mat hitting it, or just from being put in goofy. If you can straighten it out, it may girgle and clear out. If you pull it off, you may get a ton of water dripping in. So, if it doesn't girgle, pull it off, and blow it out with an air gun. Should work fine after that, and you'll be dry for another 8 years.

It happens a lot with the 4th gens (takes about 6-10 years for all the shit to build up, depending on where you park, like under a tree...)
I've had it happen on every honda I've owned.

it drips alot. Drips everytime i turn on the ac. the dripping is from behind a tube sort of like. there's a small hole behind and thats where it's dripping from. Is there suppose to be a plug for that hole?

basically, as the air is dehumidified (from being cooled) water will pool in the evaporator box. There is a drain hose to clear out this water, but if the hose is clogged or disconnected it will drain back into the car. Take off this hose and either clean, replace, or reconnect it and it will be fine.
