Default Need a Motor!!

I am about to buy a '92 civic hatchback cx. The motor is horrible and i want to install a new one. The only prob. is i am on a budget and cannot afford a brand new engine. I need some help looking for one and finding a "deal". If anyone can help me, please do. Thanks :doh:

look in the forsale forums here and at other sites, check the junkyard, check local forums and listings, and if all else fails, online retailers like hmotorsonline.com will hook you up. What motor were you thinking of getting?

if you need one bad you can go to the junkyard and get a D16z6 for a good price, they are good motors for starters and cheaper by far than a b swap.

Im wanting a D16Z6 motor to swap with my D15 or if i can find it a cheap B16A or something.
