all possible vac leak locations

I have noticed a lot of threads about shady idles, and most have said check for vac leaks and clean IACV...sooo where are the most common and maybe not so common areas to check for vac leaks.

1. TB gasket
2. IACV o-rings
3. Fast idle o-rings
4. Intake manifold gasket
5. Any vac lines coming off of the maifold to include the brake mc and emissions equip.

Can't think of any more but I'm sure that there's a few more...
