yes i got 2 stage colder plugs and a Fuel Pressure Regulator. and a new fuel filter. heres how it happened i was racing a prelude on our local freeway and in fourth gear i armed the ZEX and at around 5500 Rpm it threw the #1 rod. i took all the info from all you guys and im still left scratchin my head on how the FU@* this could happen. something just wasnt right. oh and the bottle was 3/4 full so i know pressure was good. and as far as the nitrous mixture......not sure if was medical or the shop kind.

i wouldnt scratch my head if i was you,..think about it,..your motor had over 100k miles on the odometer,..internals were probably worn,..the motor has probably endured some abuse in its time,... and she just couldnt take the extra boost of nitrous you sent to her

at what mileage is a good time to run a 55 shot of nitrous? and the motor at least to my knowledge was in good condition... regular everything. this was my girlfriends car and she only works 3 minutes away. and the owner who had the car before us was a 55 year old nurse. who lived at a convent for nuns. so i dont believe the motor was THAT h: tired......but i suppose you can never tell what an engine is going to do once you add something that wasnt supposed to be there in the fist place. but i would like to know, if any, which motor would be a good candidate for 55 shots. we will be getting a new motor and wanted something that can handle the juice....let me know
thanks.
