I got my zex kit hooked up on my 00 ex. It was working fine and everything but a few days ago i tried to use it and when i turned the electricity on (without turning the motor on) to test it, the solenoid wouldn't click even when i got to the preset point. Normally I would hear the solenoid click and the little green light on the zex box would blink. I checked the hood and the zex box had power because the green light was on. I'm thinking maybe the tap into the TPS wire is bad but it seems secure to me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

on a seperate note... you MAY need to check the plunger itself... INSIDE the solonoid

did you try it at WOT driving??? maybe it is some goofy zex safety thing.. does it NOT work while driving also??

Maybe you ran out of NOS man. Shold of got two of the big ones!:slap:

Just messing with ya. Try doing it wtih your car on like oc said.

I fixed it afte checking the electrical, the ground, etc....i reset the box and it worked. I guess i had a loose connection and i fixed it but it wouldn't work cause i didn't reset the box. Thanks for all your help guys

where did you ground it too?
