Do you think that the stock muffler would bolt up to the thermal piping?

 

strangly enough i talked to this really cool young cop at my gym (he was wearing a t shirt that says Police headquarters in the dunkin donuts logo LOL)
anyways he said (well for philly at least) that a street legal exhaust doesn't necessarily mean its really legal...
he told me that street legal means it will pass emissions and inspection, but according to the books, any aftermarket exhaust is illegal.
he said some laws are so ****ing dumb but they can be enforced...
then he offered me confiscated drugs jokingly lol

i think the bolts might be rusted on, but i think you might be able to use the bolts from the thermal right?
