Tire Size on rims
They're OK. I've used 205s too, and the 195s definitely have a quicker turn in and more direct feel, but they give up a bit in overall grip as compared to the 205s. Its hard to say which I prefer. My kumholios have held up to two summers (one on my gs-r's and one on the konigs) of hard driving and autocrosses (all this with a fairly tire-unfriendly allignment). Overall a great street tire and decent autocross tire, but theres definitely better out there in terms of performance. :dunno: I'm pretty happy with them.
Like he said....the 195/55s will feel better than 205/50s, especially on a 6" wheel like the Si. Depends what you want more, grip or response. Grip 205/50, response 195/55 or 195/50. Also depends what kind of tire you get, because a good 195/55 will have better grip AND response a shitty 205/50.
I'm putting 205/50 Azenis on my Volks, for daily driver tires..I go with 195/50 cause they're cheap.

I'm not sure how the tires would feel on a 6" wide wheel because I've never had a 195/55 vs. a 205/50 on a 15x6" wide wheel. I think a 195/55 tire with a stiff sidewall would be a good trade off and the speedo will remain accurate as well as a better ride on the street.
Let's put it this way...you'll be fine with either a 195/55 or a 205/50.
