THANK YOU

The first pic with the Si rims is exactly what I'm putting on my car. Now I have a sample of what my car's gonna look once I get them on

yeah, I'm kinda torn on the 185/65s.... I kinda like them, but at some angles, (like that one above), they look kinda funny....

keep in mind its an 'odd' size for civics. You'll actually have a slightly thinner tire thickness, and a good bit wider, with 205/50's... however, I don't have much wheel gap anymore

I don't know whats up with 195/50 My impression was 205/50 and 195/55, but :dunno:

205/50/15 is the way to go, wider tire still pretty cheap and plenty of cushion. At least you don't have to go buy $250+ 245/40/17's for your rear tires h:

I'd still take 195/55 if I got new tires....

I like sidewall

Eh...50 was plenty for me, especially since going back to a 40 profile tire now and a stiff european suspension. My butt can feel every bump

btw 18secferio what kind of rubber you runn'in on?

My car's got the Pro kit so there's no fear of rubbing, still have some clearance.

well, I'm down close to an inch an a half, maybe a little bit more....

the 195/65's rubbed excessivly. duhh..... Those were YK420's, not bad tires, but again, they were too big. I had those because the rims/tires came straight of a teg with no drop. He just tried to reduce wheel gap by larger tires....

the 195/55's had zero problems. Those were kuhmo 712's (my second set. I had another set on some 16's, and they were great tires. No complaints).

the current rubber I'm on, 185/65 rubs every now and then, mostly on entering driveways and such, but its nothing big. I rather be rubbing tires than dragging my lip on the pavement Good old michellens :ugh: they suck, but they're tires....

I'd suggest 195/55, but that just me. Most people will say 205/50, and thats fine. They're nearly the same size, really.... Just a little wider....

my next set of tires will probably be pirelli
