Check Engine Light

I recently installed a high flow cat in my 99 EX and the check engine light came on two days later. Does anybody know what could be wrong?

Have you read the code? Most likely it will be a code related to the secondary o2 sensor. You should be able to go to AutoZone and have the code read or you can do the paper clip trick and read it yourself.
