5th Gen. Differences
Are the front bumpers on the 2/3 door different from the 4 door? I called a shop earlier today to get a new front bumper and I asked them if the bumper was for a 2/3 door or a 4 door and the guy said they were the same. I really question whether they are the same or not. So what I am asking is, will 2/3 door bumper fit a 4 door? Oh it's not a factory bumper it's a fiberglass bumper.

But just to clear things up, crucial si is saying yes to your first question, and I'm saying no to your last question.

The age old question that I've been going through since day one of having my sedan. I've been told that they fit, and been told that they don't. I have yet to try it, but I know for a fact the corner lenses are different, 4-Door is much bigger (as they said above) thus you would conclude the geometry of the bumper must be different.
I was even told you can try to use a 2 door bumper with 2 door corners, and that might work, but it still seems to me that it won't match up the fenders.
You could have the shop doctor it up to fit, but it might cost you more than you bargain for. I've spoken to a few people on the clubsi forum that put a 2door Buddy Club kit on their fronts, they admitted that it was too expensive and regreted. There's not much options for us who have sedans, but I have opted to go with front add-on lips that are less agressive but still give that nice clean look.
I just got a bunch of parts for my sedan, I'll post you some pics so you can get an idea of the add-on lips spoilers will look.

you know what bugs me about the sedans. i move large computer equipment and i've had times where the box just doesn't fit through the freaken rear doors bu like 1 inch any way you turn the box., i don't know if it would be any different on a coup though. the door might be wider but theres a seat in the way? anyone have comments about this? (5th gen)

the rear doors and trunk has some very curvy lines
lots of space inside...but less space to get into the space if you know what i mean.
i still love my four door tho
