I've yet to see pics of VIS' CF trunk. I've seen Fiberimages [5th gen] and they don't include the area for the license plate or the taillights. I was hoping that the VIS version has it where it includes the lights and plate.

As far as the stereo issue is concerned.... I don't have mine installed yet but I plan to install two 12's with amp in the trunk and guess what, when I race I pull it out... believe it or not you can have the best of both worlds. Driving around town, the 30 lbs of my stereo is not gonna bother me because I'm not trying to race everybody.
I want the trunk lid so if someone could find a pic that would be
. I went to the Vis sight and either they don't have a pic or it wouldn't load on my PC
I know this guy who is kinda retarded like that. We were watching some video's of some bad ass 11-12 second hatches and they all had CF hoods. He was like that's ugly why do they have primered hoods. I was like it's CF you dumbass. He says why would you do something like that and I wanted to smack him but I refrained and told him it's for weight and if you don't like the look it can be painted.... needless to say he still didn't see the point... oh well

i'm not trying for all 3, i know my car (without extensive changes) will never be the fastest, in fact i don't have plans on ever taking it to a track to "check" my times on the 1/4 mile
My goals for my car are, better than average sound, and better than average handling, and a little extra power wouldn't hurt
i don't particularly care for the looks of CF, and if your doing your hood and your trunklid, then why not all of your other body panels?

i think at this point in time, cf hoods are more for show than go....especially on civics. I see CF hoods that lighten the front end and wings that create downforce on the rear end and just laugh. on a RWD that would be great, but why would you want to reduce traction in the front on a fwd? (i still want a CF hood to replace mine b/c of the ding in it though, but thats for cosmetic preference.) Just wondering how much traction is lost by people with these setups.....sorry for my rant!@#

any help on finding one for a FOUR DOOR will be greatly appreciated...
vis has em but only coupe...the fiber images dont have a spot for the plate or tails either :-\
EDIT: the only reason im doing this is because i have money that i was going to buy an engine with...and its out of the question in my parents minds...they weont let me do the swap...even tho the cars in my name...so i figure ill put the money into the car in another way
