yeah so what, you're saving 20lbs at most, YOU can take off 20lbs, and your car will thank you
if your really serious about saving weight and racing your car, then why do you have a 40-50lbs soundsystem (not encluding the weight of your sub enclosure)(not talking about ferioman specifically)

sorry ferioman, not posting this because I have something against you doing something "new or different" to your car, its just a big beef i've had for a long time
its one thing to have a specific goal for your car "fastest" or "best sounding" or "best looking", but you can't have all 3 at the same time and make it work
I know plenty have already addressed this but weight is weight and if I can loose a little bit here and there then I'm achieving my goal of weight loss.
As far as the stereo issue is concerned.... I don't have mine installed yet but I plan to install two 12's with amp in the trunk and guess what, when I race I pull it out... believe it or not you can have the best of both worlds. Driving around town, the 30 lbs of my stereo is not gonna bother me because I'm not trying to race everybody.
I want the trunk lid so if someone could find a pic that would be

I know this guy who is kinda retarded like that. We were watching some video's of some bad ass 11-12 second hatches and they all had CF hoods. He was like that's ugly why do they have primered hoods. I was like it's CF you dumbass. He says why would you do something like that and I wanted to smack him but I refrained and told him it's for weight and if you don't like the look it can be painted.... needless to say he still didn't see the point... oh well
